1.- GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT
1.1- The present General Conditions of Contract, together with the particular conditions that may be established, will expressly regulate the relationships that arise between GRUPO GALLEGO VALEI S.L., with registered office at C/ Hermanos Maristas 27, 36700 in Tui, Pontevedra with C.I.F. B-94046877 (hereinafter “Camino de Cabras”) and third parties (hereinafter “Users”) who use the Internet website www.caminodecabras.com (hereinafter the “Website”), as well as with third parties that purchase products offered thereby.
Camino de Cabras reserves the right at all times to unilaterally modify the presentation and configuration of the Website, without prior notice.
1.2.- The present General Conditions have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Law 7/1998 on General Conditions of Contract, Royal Decree 1906/1999, which regulates telephone or electronic contracting with general conditions, under Article 5.3 of Law 7/1998, General Law 26/1984 for the Defense of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1996 on the Regulation of Retail Commerce, Royal Decree/Law 14/1999 regulating the Electronic Signature and as many other legal provisions that can be applied.
1.3- By using the Website www.caminodecabras.com, you acquire the status of User.
Both visiting and using and/or acquiring any of the products on the website signifies the User’s unconditional acceptance, without any exceptions, of each and every one of the General Conditions, as well as the Particular Conditions that may govern the acquisition.
1.4- Camino de Cabras may, at any time and without prior notice, modify these General Conditions by publishing said modifications on the Website, in order to guarantee that they can always be known by Users prior to visiting the Website or acquiring any of the products offered thereon.
2.- PURCHASE SYSTEM POLICY, SHIPPING COSTS:
2.1.- The products offered on the Website, along with their characteristics and prices, will appear on the screen.
Shipping costs: Product prices already include shipping and logistics management costs.
These products will be available for sale while stocks last. The prices indicated on the screen are in euros and include VAT and any other taxes that may apply and are in force, unless there are any typos. The offers will be properly displayed on the screen.
Camino de Cabras reserves the right to decide, at any time, which products are contained and offered to Users through the Website and, in doing so, Camino de Cabras may add new products to those included on the Website at any time, meaning that, except as otherwise provided, said new products will be governed by the provisions of the General Conditions in force at that time.
Likewise, Camino de Cabras reserves the right to stop providing access at any time.
2.2.- To acquire the products offered on the Camino de Cabras website, Users must be over eighteen years of age, they must meet the following conditions and execute the following instructions:

A.- Fill out the electronic form completely that appears on the website at all times, following the instructions indicated therein.

2.3.- To proceed with the purchase of Products, you must add the product you want to the Shopping Cart, according to the indications on the screen, filling in the order form provided for this purpose and sending it to Camino de Cabras, which requires reading and accepting all of the present General Conditions, as well as any of the existing Particular Conditions, when applicable.
The purchase will be deemed to have been made at the registered office of Camino de Cabras, located at Calle Hermanos Maristas, 27, 36700 in Tui.
2.4.- Once the purchase has been made and within the shortest amount of time possible, and always within the thirty days from when the purchase was completed, the Camino de Cabras Commercial Department will send the User/Buyer a proof of purchase to the email address indicated on the form. The order confirmation sent by Camino de Cabras will not be valid as an invoice, only as proof of purchase.
Likewise, the User/Buyer may send a request to tienda@caminodecabras.com for the corresponding invoice, which will be sent to them by email to the address indicated in the purchase form as soon as possible, and always within the thirty days from when the purchase was completed.
3.- PAYMENT METHOD, DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY:
3.1.- Payment for the price of the purchased goods, which will appear on the screen, can be done through the following options:
PAYMENT WITH CREDIT CARD, PAYPAL, BANK TRANSFER
We guarantee security and confidentiality for all of your purchases.
All of the prices for our products include VAT. The currency in which the payments are made is the EURO, regardless of the country where the purchase is executed. It will be the customer’s bank that will convert the EUROS to its local currency.
Credit Card
The customer can pay by credit card and benefit from the speed and flexibility offered by this payment method. All transactions carried out on our website are secure.
How are credit card payments made?
After selecting the option to pay with a credit card and clicking on “Place Order”, the customer will be directed to the secure payment platform where they will have to indicate the required credit card information, such as the number, expiration date and the security code. Finally, clicking on the “Validate My Payment” button will begin the transaction.
If the payment is not accepted, an error message will appear in the shopping cart window. In this case, we recommend trying the operation again. If the problem persists, we recommend that the customer contacts their bank or the credit card issuer to obtain more information.
Once the payment is finalized, the amount will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
To protect our customers from possible fraud, we may request additional information in order to facilitate payment validation. If a request of this type is made, but we do not receive a response within 3 business days, we will cancel the order. Please note that payments are always made in euros, even if prices are shown in other currencies. Some banks may charge fees for currency conversion. Camino de Cabras has no involvement in this procedure and does not accept any responsibility for it.
As an electronic payment system, Camino de Cabras is affiliated with the electronic commerce payment gateway of Banco Sabadell. All the data provided for this purpose is encrypted under the SSL (Secure Socket Layers) protocol in order to guarantee the maximum security thereof.
PayPal
PayPal is a secure payment method used throughout the world. For more information about this payment method, please go to www.paypal.com.
Save information for future PayPal transactions.
When choosing his option, the customer will not need to access the PayPal website when placing orders in the future. The payment will be automatically charged to the PayPal account that is used at the time when this option is selected.
The customer can access their PayPal account at any time through www.paypal.com and cancel this service. To do this, you must go to Profile>My Money>Pre-Approved Payments. A list of all pre-approved payments will be displayed, and from there the customer can simply cancel the payment option associated with CAMINO DE CABRAS.
IMPORTANT: Camino de Cabras does not save any of the customer’s identification data from their PayPal account.
Bank Transfer
If the client prefers to not pay for the order when it is placed, they can choose to make the payment later on by bank transfer. We will only proceed to send the order once we have received the bank confirmation that our account has effectively received the transfer.

You do not need to register in order to place an order. Simply select the product(s) you want to buy and they will be automatically added to the shopping cart. DELIVERY POLICY:
Delivery in 3-4 business days.
Camino de Cabras does not assume responsibility for delivery delays or the inability to make the delivery when said delays or inability to deliver is the result of any unforeseeable circumstance, force majeure and, in general, any other cause that is beyond the control of Camino de Cabras. In any case, Camino de Cabras’ maximum liability for any failure to comply with the delivery date will be that which is established as a contractual penalty in our Legal Notice.
In the event that the courier company is unable to deliver the item to the user after two attempted visits, the item will be returned to Camino de Cabras.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES POLICY:
All products purchased from www.caminodecabras.com have a return period of 7 business days from the time when the customer receives the order. Important: in order to return any product, it must be in its original box or packaging and in perfect condition. However, the transportation costs for returning the products shall be borne by the customer. Once we have received the returned item and verified that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the customer’s money in the way that is most convenient for them.

PRODUCT DAMAGED DURING TRANSPORTATION:
If a damaged product is received due to transportation, the customer must notify us within 24 hours after having received it, which is why we recommend checking your order upon receiving it and proceeding to exchange it as soon as possible, which is free of charge for the customer.
