Description
TASTING NOTE
Wine made from own vineyards in the Orensana town of Ribadavia, in the heart of the Ribeiro appellation at an altitude of 300 m above sea level and with mainly granitic soil.
It has a straw yellow color with golden hues and aromas of ripe fresh fruit such as apple and pear. In the mouth it is ample, well-structured and with a certain unctuousness, balanced as a whole with a long and persistent finish.
Pairing: Combines perfectly with fish, seafood, rice and pasta dishes.
Ideal with salt sea bass and sea and mountain paella.
